Every agent is hand-picked
Every agent in our network is chosen individually, one at a time. No one is enrolled automatically, and we do not add agents in bulk.
It is slower. It is also the entire reason families trust us with the biggest move of their lives.
Coverage in a given area factors in as well. Our aim is a network we know well rather than the longest possible list of names.
What we look for
Two things, and both matter.
Values alignment. Our clients are moving for reasons that are not only financial. The agent who meets them should understand that rather than quietly dismiss it. You should not have to explain or apologize for why you are moving.
Real-world results. Shared values alone are not enough. We look at production, professionalism, and how agents take care of the families we send them. A kind agent who cannot negotiate can cost you real money on the largest purchase of your life.
Why the standard matters to us
Our referral service is free to you. We are paid a referral fee by the agent when a move closes.
That is worth understanding, because it puts us on the same side of the table as you. We gain nothing by handing you to whoever happens to be nearest, and nothing at all if the move does not work out. The only version of this where it works for us is the one where it works for you first.
We stay involved after the introduction
Making the match is not the end of our part. Our team follows up with agents while a move is underway, and we hear from families about how it went. If something is not working, we want to know early.
