Is Conservative Move really free for me?
Yes. You will never receive a bill from us. When your move succeeds, the agent pays us a referral fee out of their commission, the same commission you would pay any agent anyway. That is how we can afford to vet the network and coordinate your move at no cost to you.
How does Conservative Move make money?
We are a licensed real estate referral brokerage. Agents in our network pay us a referral fee when a move we refer closes. We are paid only when your move succeeds, which means our incentive is your closing, not your clicks.
Do I have to use agents on both sides of my move?
No. Most clients use us for both the sale and the purchase because one coordinated team makes the move dramatically easier, but we are glad to help with just the sale of your current home or just the purchase of your new home.
