On June 24, 2022 the Supreme Court of the United States upheld Dobbs vs Jackson’s Women’s Health and further clarified that there is no right to an abortion within the Constitution as was found in Roe and Casey.
With this monumental win for life, a number of provisions within the various States kicked in banning or severely limiting the abortion act and saving the lives of babies across the nation! * Missouri voters approved a constitutional right to abortion in November 2024, and courts have blocked most of the state’s restrictions. A measure on the November 2026 ballot would repeal that amendment. † Utah’s total trigger ban remains blocked in court; the 18 week limit applies in the meantime. ‡ Wyoming’s Supreme Court struck down its ban in January 2026; a new 6 week law signed in March 2026 is temporarily blocked while the lawsuit proceeds.
