Do I have to be selling AND buying?
No. We are glad to help with just the sale of your current home, just the purchase of your new home, or both. Each agent works with you under their own separate agreement, and Conservative Move stays involved so both sides stay connected.
How are agents selected?
Agents apply, and we review licensing, brokerage, and the markets they actually cover, alongside a conversation about values alignment. Once an agent is in the network, referral and closing performance is tracked over time.
